Before we began working together, where were you mentally or emotionally in your life?
Before we started working together, I felt like I had hit rock bottom emotionally. I felt lost and stuck.
Looking at yourself today, what feels most different?
My mindset has changed for the better. I can reframe situations and am able to see the positive instead of the negative. I have more self-esteem and a calmer approach to everything overall.
What personal breakthroughs, realisations, or defining moments stand out from our time together?
A beginner’s mind is one of my favourites. It gave me a better perspective on life. The other very important thing that stands out is that gratitude can vanish fear. I practice gratitude daily and my anxiety over uncontrollable things is lowered.
How has this coaching partnership impacted your overall wellbeing?
My overall well-being rose to a level I thought I would not reach. I feel calmer and overall happier.
What have you learned about yourself during this process?
I have learned that I am capable of anything I put my mind to and that there is no failure, only lessons to learn from.
What would you say was the most valuable part of the coaching experience?
The most valuable part was the suggestions Sam made of tools, books and mindset shifts I implemented in my life already.
If someone was on the fence about investing in coaching, what would you tell them?
I would tell them to just go for it, because it can really make huge changes in one’s life.

I have a different mindset - a more positive one, and a can-do attitude, that opened new doors for me to carry on better with my life.
